I offer an initial 30 minutes telephone consultation where we can discuss your current issues and areas of difficulties and what you hope to gain from counselling. You can then decide once we discuss how we can work together if you want to continue and seek further support with me and can book a follow up an appointment.
I work with male and females clients both long and short-term Counselling Therapy that will be centred around your own needs.
I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor. This means that I combine therapeutic modalities, approaches, including the Person-Centred Approach, Transactional Analysis, Humanistic theories, CBT and Creative Therapy to support you (each therapy session lasts up to 50 minutes). I also offer Play Therapy Interventions for children and young people experiencing difficulties.
